OUR HISTORY
Arcosaldatura was born in 1987 as a company that mainly deals with T.I.G. and hard coatings on molds. Over the years, customers have diversified and the service market for the mechanical industry has evolved: more and more innovation is required, globalization brings the search for expertise, certifications, complete supplies and ever-increasing quality.
In 1993 behind the currency crisis, the company changed its way of managing work to meet the customers needs. The timing between order and delivery must become faster, therefore controlled production processes, reliable working methods, process management software, loyal suppliers ready to accept requests, training and skills. We need better service.
In the mid-90s, Arcosaldatura entered the market for transported refrigeration and aluminum constructions. It is the craftsmanship in the processing of this material that gives birth to the partnership with the most important manufacturers of cycling accessories, which produce make TIG welding on aluminum the distinctive brand of Italian production. The Italian bicycle design blooms again.
In 2007 another fundamental step took place: it was decided to appear on niche markets. In addition to the historical clientele, the company makes itself known in sectors where it previously did not operate, such as the pharmaceutical, medical, hospital, the furniture market, that of water purifiers.
New markets means new requests, and from here on the common thread will be the search for ever-increasing quality. To obtain it, continuous improvement is needed, to educate and empower staff and collaborators, to work together to grow year after year.

2017: thirty years after its foundation, Arcosaldatura deals almost exclusively with stainless steel, integrating its workforce with semi-automatic systems and robots for welding.
Nowadays Arcosaldatura is a company able to offer a complete service ranging from design to welding T.I.G., M.I.G. and Robotized, passing through the plane and tube laser cutting, reaching the finishing, satin finishing and polishing and assembly of the finished product.

CERTIFICATIONS
The qualification of a welding process is a requirement that is increasingly required of companies operating in the industrial and manufacturing sector, as it guarantees the safety of a high quality product. For this reason, our welds are certified according to the rules of the ASME code, section IX and on request we can supply WPS, PQR and WPQ necessary for the conformity of the project.
